Welcome to ZIKRA. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Information

  • All our products are artificial/fashion jewellery unless otherwise stated.
  • Minor variations in color, shine, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade craftsmanship.
  • Product descriptions, images, and details are for reference only.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as specified).
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order processing time is [2-4 business days].
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500  Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders.
  • We charge Rs. 70 extra for orders under Rs. 500.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective products.
  • Refunds are not provided.
  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • All shipping costs (return + reshipping) are to be paid by the customer.

5. Product Care

  • Our jewellery is delicate. Please avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or lack of care.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • In rare cases where we must cancel due to stock issues, you will receive store credit.

7. Store Credit

  • Store credit (if issued) can be used only on future purchases.
  • Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, product designs, photos, logos, and branding belong to ZIKRA
  • Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information (name, address, phone number, etc.) is used solely for processing orders and communication.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except shipping partners.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any allergies, skin reactions, or damages caused by misuse of the products.
  • Our liability is limited to the price of the purchased product.
