We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective.
    Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 48hrs of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is required for all damage claims.
  • The video must show:
    • The unopened package
    • The full unboxing process
    • The damaged/defective part clearly
  • Without an unboxing video, no exchange will be approved.

Process

  • Our team will review your request.
  • Once approved, we will send you a replacement item.
  • If the same item is unavailable, you may choose a store credit of equal value.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not reported as damaged within 24hrs 
  • Items returned without approval.
  • Items that are not damaged or defective.
